Published in 2010, Whiteknuckle cards have established themselves as a brand of not only extremely high quality, playable cards but also beautiful and different in their entire design aesthetic despite being all instantly and easily recognizable during the course of a card game. The deck has received high praise from not only the playing card world but the public in general as reflected by  all three of the deck's editions being printed in the same year. The decks edition and year of release are on the bottom of the tuckbox.  The first edition deck was brought out in 2010 so the identifying numbers are 1-10.  Due to serious miscommunication the second edition (2-10) deck had no identifying numbers but the third edition blueback deck has.
